Wing Chun Kuen Auckland is excited to announce our Term 3 Young Dragons kung fu Holiday Program designed for 6 – 13 year olds at our Greenlane hall location. This will be held from Monday to Wednesday (10th - 12 Oct) from 9am to 12pm on the 2nd week of the Term 3 holidays.

The holiday program will be held by a registered and practicing primary school teacher highly experienced in teaching children of diverse personalities and needs.

What will my child learn?

Your child will learn a traditional Chinese martial art that emphasises:

- Mindfulness

- Posture

- Correct use of body mechanics

- A practical and direct self-defence method

- Increased fitness, balance and coordination

- Philosophy

- Flexibility

WCKA’s Young Dragon’s classes recognise all students as individuals and we fully understand the diverse learning types and needs that children present. We aim to provide a rich program that develops both the body and mind. As three hours can be a long time for children, we vary the program to allow for breaks and fun activities. Our past programs have been a huge success with children often wanting to join our club upon conclusion of the program. This holiday program can also be an excellent way to see if your child would want to take on Wing Chun Kung Fu as a hobby having finished the program.
