Moms and Dads, do you have a young chef in the making?
Sign them up for this Puff Pastry class that will inspire them to make dinner for the whole family!
In this hands-on class your child will learn how to create beautiful and tasty Appetizers and Desserts using Puff Pastry dough, filled with their choice of savory ingredients like Herbed Cream Cheese, roasted potatoes, sun dried tomatoes, and olives. For dessert, they will have their choice of sweet fillings including whipped cream, chopped nuts, chocolate, fruit, and more!
Instructor Jamie will also discuss and demonstrate how to roll, fold, and shape the pastry, as well as the importance of presenting food in a beautiful and appetizing way.
Please note: Your child should be comfortable using a small knife and cooking with heat to attend this class.
On the Menu: two custom filled Savory Pastries and a Sweet Puff Pastry!
