Young Bakers Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Focaccia
About this Event
In this hands-on workshop, each adult and young baker will mix and fold a batch of focaccia dough from scratch, learn the secrets behind making soft and bubbly focaccia, and leave with dough ready to refrigerate overnight and bake fresh the next morning.
While the dough rests between folds, we'll enjoy a special breakfast-inspired tasting featuring cinnamon sugar focaccia served with fresh berries, whipped cream, and orange juice while talking about simple ways to bring homemade baking into everyday life.
But the fun doesn't end when class is over.
Each family will head home with a complete baker's kit containing everything needed to make a second loaf together in the days ahead, helping young bakers build confidence and continue practicing their new skills at home.

Want to bring another young baker? Add one additional child for a small fee. Each additional child receives their own apron, breakfast tasting, and participates fully in the class. Limit one additional child per adult.
No baking experience is necessary—just come ready to mix, taste, and discover how much fun homemade bread can be!
Recommended for ages 11 and older.
My hope is that this class inspires young bakers to discover that homemade bread isn't difficult—and that creating something delicious from simple ingredients can become a lifelong skill.
