October 10th is World Mental Health Day. Arts and Athletics Club is a big advocate for promoting positive mental health, lifting up others, and using the arts to bring attention to this community issue.
We are putting together an event on World Mental Health Day called Young Adults Promoting Positive Mental Health. At this event, we will be painting motivational lawn signs, putting together motivational care packages, sharing mental health stories and tips, creating a community kindness challenge, and more.
