Young Adults Meditation Gathering

This group provides a space to connect with other young adults in NYC through meditation and mindfulness, and focuses on transitions commonly occurring in one's 20s and 30s. Gatherings are on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month from 6:15-7:45 PM.

The ground can feel uncertain in this phase of life, with career and life changes, complex relationships, and anxiety in our increasingly digital world, yet according to Shambhala teachings, this groundlessness is sacred.

Join us for meditation, heartfelt sharing, and practical life wisdom rooted in Shambhala teachings and Buddhist principles. We’ll explore simple, actionable “life hacks” and meditation practices already part of our basic goodness to unlock a more peaceful, connected, joyful life. Instead of seeking escape, we will learn to embrace the reality of life together.
