Young Adult Subscription Box Sign Up [6th - 12th grade]

This month's theme is MYSTERY/THRILLER!

Welcome to our Young Adult Subscription (or YAS!) Boxes! These are monthly subscription boxes that will include a surprise library book chosen based on the theme and your questionnaire that you will return, plus goodies that you get to keep! We will have 4 spots available for 6th - 12th graders. Sign-ups will start on the 1st of each month through Local Hop.

You will have until the 7th to fill out your questionnaire. Boxes will be available to pick up from the 16th to the 21st!

You will receive a notification when your box is ready.

Remember, we only have 4 spots available so be watching Eventbrite on the first of each month!

Rules of Participation:
This questionnaire must be filled out and submitted by the 7th of the month
Participants must be in 6th - 12th grades only.
You must fill out the review cards to be eligible to participate in future months. Please turn these in by the 20th of the next month! (The Patron Recommendation sheets are optional if you really loved a book!)
You must return the books by the due date or renew on time to be eligible to participate in future months.
You can not receive a box 2 months in a row.
You or your adult must have a library card in good standing at the time of pick up.
