This unique bootcamp-style workout will prep you to tackle the Mountain Ridge Adventure Course! Bootcamps will have a strong focus on stability and strength to prepare you for this outdoor Summer activity. Challenge yourself to soar to new heights!
• Program is six weekly sessions, Tuesdays at 5:30 pm at VENT Fitness Clifton Park
• Program is $60 per person or $110 per person if you wish to include admission to Mountain Ridge Adventure Course at the close of the program
