Have you ever asked yourself how a website come to be? Is it only for special people, who have special brains, to be able to make them?

The answer is No! Anyone can build a website, and in this workshop, we'll learn how to do just that. We will even come dangerously close to having fun.

Even if you never write a website, this workshop will illuminate how the web comes together, which can only help you in our overwhelmingly digital world.

• If you're a hobbyist, and want to learn more about the web, this workshop will help you.
• If you're a professional developer starting your career, you'll learn something in this workshop.
• If you feel like you have no control or ownership over what you make on the web, this workshop could provide some hope.

Unlike every other similar worshop I've seen posted online, this one is in person. Anachronistic? Maybe, but I think there's a lot of value to connecting that way.
