You, Me, and the Space Between: A Day of Insight, Humor, and Heart

We are organizing three incredible workshops on Saturday, March 14th!
(11-1:30pm) Life Beyond Effort: Stepping off the Spinning Wheel (Facilitator Dr. Cassie Kurtz) - Do you find yourself in the cycle of doing, fixing, and controlling? Do you strive to find stillness and presence? This workshop will support you in breaking the patterns of a human doing and embodying the acceptance and peace available to us when we step into being.
Lunch provided
(2:30-5pm) Emotional Intimacy: The Key to Connected Relationships (Faciltator Roger Matthes) -This workshop teaches participants how to remain connected in times of division.
Dinner provided
(6-8:30pm) The Chad Warren Experience: "I Talked Myself Into It" (Facilitator Chad Warren) - Part comedy, live music, and inspiration, Chad uses humor, stories, and original songs to explore the most important relationship you'll ever have-the one with yourself. Turns out, you've been bringing you into every relationship this whole time.
