About this Event
You Gon' Learn: How to Grow Food for Your Family
A Bi-Weekly Summer Series by Black Mothers In Power
Food access is a maternal health issue. This session introduces families to growing their own food -whether in containers, raised beds, or small yards.
Participants will learn the basics of starting a garden, growing nutrient-dense foods, and involving children in food cultivation as a pathway to healing, nourishment, and food sovereignty.
