You First is a half-day self-care experience created for people who spend most of their time caring for others and are long overdue for time to care for themselves.
Join us for a restorative and energizing afternoon in Vancouver, designed to help you feel more connected, more grounded, and more you. This isn’t a surface-level bubble bath kind of day. We’re going deeper with practices that actually support you in real life. Expect moments of reflection and connection in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.
