This powerful and interactive workshop helps professionals understand different communication and personality styles and bring out the best in themselves and others.
In many workplaces, quieter professionals can be misunderstood, overlooked or perceived as lacking leadership potential, while those who speak more readily may inadvertently dominate conversations or make it harder for thoughtful voices to be heard.
Speaking less does not mean having less to contribute, and speaking more does not always mean communicating with greater clarity or impact.
Through practical insights and activities, participants will explore how their natural tendencies influence the way they communicate, contribute and collaborate. They’ll learn how to make space for different voices, communicate with greater self-awareness, and recognise and harness the value of quiet and calm strength.
