By Marilyn’s report, however, the most profound ‘learnings’ about the emotional, practical and estate related issues came from intimately walking with her parents until their deaths, both in their early 90s. She was also their Successor Trustee for each of their estates, which she found both complicated and “kind of messy.” Come hear from Marilyn all about the little details beyond just estate planning that are so important to address as end of life issues. Attorney Aaron Davidson, Esq., has 6 years of experience handling continuous probate disputes involving wills, trusts, and conservatorships. In that time Aaron has learned the importance of having one’s plans written down and ensuring that the entire family is on the same page.
