This workshop is a culmination of Nikorn’s Life Work. Based on the main concepts of his 2 bestselling books and the clarity that came through these. From studying with his teacher Buddhadasa, one of Thailand’s well-known Buddhist monk teachers, through to working for 25 years in the prestige spa & wellness industry, Nikorns knowledge of living, learning, and studying both life and healing in depth has driven a particular interest in the concept of ‘The law of attraction’. In this workshop, you will learn how to identify and break through your limiting beliefs. The workshop is broken down into 4 main areas of study. × DHARMA - The 4 ultimate truths. Pain and suffering
and how to reduce it in order to feel better and happy.
× MINDFULNESS - Breath work. Learning to breathe deeply. Releasing and realising through your breath.
× DISCOVERING natural ways of healing & balancing.
