It's the most wonderful time of the year - Santa's coming to town! And this Christmas, he's got a REALLY special present for all of you!
Well...maybe not all of you. Maybe just the ones who aren't paying attention. You know..the ones who aren't watching their backs. The ones who are just wondering around in the dark like "la la la look at me, I'm at a Christmas party ha ha everything's all fun and good times and definitley no one's going to use my small intestine as a skipping rope..."

Can you find your way through Santa's super Christmasy village of fun?
Can you follow the super happy fun elves and find the suprises?
Can you just follow Santa's instructions? You know, like a game of Santa freaking says?! Can you just do what you're freaking told?! CAN YOU?! CAN YOU?!

This is the Christmas events to end all Christmas events - literally!
Designed to give you and your crew the most unique and fun end of year event ever, YOU BETTER WATCH OUT is an immersive horror that takes you into the worrying world of a seriously disturbed Santa. You'll be welcomed by the elves and then you'll be listening to all the Spirits of Christmas, speaking to you from the festive shadows! They've got games and treats and japes and tricks, just what you need to make your yule tide...tidey.
But whatever you do, you better not cry! You better not pout! I'm telling you why - Santa Clause is most definitely coming to town and he doesn't like naughty children who openly express their emotions! It's time for some quality repression, children, and Santa's bringing his nice, shiny squasher-downer, to help you get all festively crushed!
Come to this darkened village and you'll be having anything but a silent night!
You Better Watch Out is a fun, dark comedy/horror unlike any other Christmas event!
You can book out a whole session for your company or social club, to bring the year to an end in an unforgettable way, or buy tickets for you and your friends to see if you can make it out in one piece - and hopefully not one big, squishy, bloody piece.
(Santa can accomodate up to 50 naughty children for private bookings, so if you want to nab one for your business or group's end of year shindig, NOW's the time to book it in! Christmas comes but once a year and WE SELL OUT EARLY!)
