Join You Better Walk: Queer Walking Club for a beautiful summer evening at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens on Monday, August 3, from 6:00–8:00 PM!
Thanks to the generosity of the San Antonio Botanical Gardens, admission is FREE for all registered attendees. Come explore the gardens, connect with community, get your steps in, and enjoy a relaxing evening surrounded by nature and art.
Whether you’re a regular walker or joining us for the first time, this is a great opportunity to slow down, meet new people, and celebrate LGBTQ+ community in one of San Antonio’s most beautiful spaces.

- Local community organizations and vendors
- Food and drinks will be available for purchase
- Plenty of opportunities to connect with new and familiar faces
- A group photo/video at 7:30 PM under the Skynet
- And because it’s my (Jasper) birthday week…come celebrate with me! 🥳
Our community organizations and vendors will be set up at the conservatory, making it the perfect place to stop by before or after exploring the gardens.

This event is free, but registration is required so we can provide the Botanical Gardens with an accurate attendance count. Please RSVP responsibly. If your plans change and you’re no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation so someone else can enjoy the opportunity.

You Better Walk is an inclusive walking club centered on creating joyful, affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ people and allies. All are welcome. Families are encouraged to attend. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
