You Are Sexy: A Self Love Guide to Sensual Sexuality

Part 1: Unlock

In this 2 part workshop, one will focus on unlocking sensuality by focusing on mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages that hinder access to sensual sexiness. These inner locks will be addressed through a variety of perspectives, concepts, and discussion. Through expanding your consciousness you will release the super power of your sensuality to feel more confident and sexy in your skin!

Part 2: Embody

One will focus on Embodying how sexy your unlocked sensuality truly is. This sensuality will experienced by focusing on group activities, physical movements, stretches, and poses. Move confidently in your skin, release inhibations, and live in your seductive nature!

Please note this is a two part class that will include a short break in between. Please bring anything that will support you during our three hours of introspection and expression. This workshop will be intimate and vulnerable! Come prepared with open hearts, open minds, a willingness to participate, a journal & pen, wear or bring something that feels sexy to you: lingerie, your favorite outfit, etc.
