You Are Not Alone is a youth mental health charity based in Brisbane. We speak in schools, run awareness campaigns and hold community events, all based around the importance of speaking about youth mental health, and reminding each other that 'you are not alone'.
We are excited to be holding our third annual YRNA Fun Run. This years event will be held on June 16th, in South Bank, Brisbane, The event will include a 4.6km run, live music, food, guest speakers and most importantly, an open conversation around youth mental health.
All funds raised through the fun run in 2024, will directly fund our school programs, rural outreach programs and our online awareness campaigns.
