Yo.T's Mindful Yoga & Market at The Beachcomber

Join Emmy, @the_mindful_ot at the Beachcomber Resort & Club as you embark on a journey inward that will unfold and leave you in a state of peace, gratitude, and deeper self awareness.

Yoga practice | 9 - 10:30. Beginning with a practice of pranayama (breath-work) to anchor into the present moment and guided imagery to induce the mind into a meditative state, students will then be guided in a mindful based yoga practice to promote self awareness and reflection, while flowing to shamanic live music by @andradeworldmusic.

Follow your experience with connecting with like minded people and walk through a mini market with local vendors including but not limited to Erth Candle Co, Crystals & Terraniums by MP, Floralogy, and mini massages with Desi from LMT Desi Bodywork.

Gift yourself a morning of self care, with the option to continue your experience with some delicious food at the hotel's restaurant while listening to live music and enjoying the beach views.

Yoga mat, towel, water.

In the event of inclement weather, the covered tiki area is limited to fit 20 participants comfortably. To ensure your spot, please arrive early.

Free parking is available across the hotel at the Beachcomber's designated parking on (A1A).
