- Root vegetable vol-au-vent with wild mushrooms and sage-cream (vegetarian)
- Pan-roasted airline chicken breast on rosemary-currant cornbread stuffing with white wine jus and sautéed Brussels sprouts
- Slow cooked maple-bourbon beef short rib on mashed potatoes and parsnips with thyme and honey-butter glazed carrots
Dessert - Deep dish apple pie with rum caramel and whipped cream
