The Kiwanis Club of Yorkville, in partnership with the United City of Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department, hosts the annualevent. We invite the community to join in
the festivities of a traditional “Oktoberfest” with a Yorkville twist!
Admission is FREE!
Drink wristband $5
Yorktoberfest is the largest non-profit event to come to the Fox River. The festival will feature food, craft beer, and live music by Bad Medicine, Motley II, Tim Gleason, Fritz and The Pretzel Twists, and Frank N Fran.
All are invited to join in the festivities of the traditional German celebration of Oktoberfest with a unique Yorkville twist.
Family Activities, Food, and Beer tent will be open from 11:00am - 9:00pm, including hayrides, face painting, henna artist, scarecrow walk, pumpkin pull, and more.
Stein Holding Contest and music performances are free! The Stein Holding Contest will be held at 5:00pm.
This year’s musical lineup includes:
Frank and Fran - German Music from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Fritz and The Pretzel Twists - German music from 2:00pm - 3:30pm.
Tim Gleason - Country and Pop music from 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Motley II - Motley Crue Tribute Band from 5:30 pm - 7:00pm
Bad Medicine - Tribune to Bon Jovi and the 80’s from 7:30 - 9:30pm
Yorktoberfest is presented by the Kiwanis Club of Yorkville, a chapter of the larger Kiwanis International Organization. The club aims to improve the world by making lasting differences in the lives of children. The club has partnered with the City of Yorkville for 2021.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Kiwanis Club of Yorkville Illinois Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. These proceeds will be used to fund scholarships for local students who have shown a commitment to serving others in within the community.
