York Food & Drink Festival: Sardinia in a Glass, Yorkshire on a Plate!
About this Event
Our 2025 debut at the fabulous York Food & Drink Festival was such a success that we ran out of tables and tasting notes... we won't make that mistake again!
The Sardinian wine will be flowing for our 2026 return to Patch York at the historic Bonding Warehouse by Skeldergate Bridge.
A lot of alcohol has passed through this building in its time, but we can guarantee we're the first to pour Sardinian wine there!
Tonight, you'll enjoy five wines from grapes that only grow on the island, made by family winemakers using sustainable methods - two whites, a rosé, and two reds.
They'll be paired with artisan Yorkshire cheese and Yorkshire chocolate as we matchmake between God's Own Country and the Med.
Come with us on a journey in a glass around this bewitching island, exploring its ancient history, culture and environment, and we'll introduce you to our lovely winemakers along the way.
