Yoniverse Workshop

The Yoniship has landed in Durham.! We'll kick off with belly dance class as always. Then Shemora Sheikh will guide us through the Yoniverse! Yoni is a sanskrit/hindu word which translates as source of all life or sacred space, but basically means vagina.
We will discuss yoni steams, yoni eggs, best foods for yoni, moon tracking, yoni pearls, Yoni oil etc etc. We'll craft jell jels/waist beads (bring some seed beads). You will take home a yoni pack which will include your own herbal teas and more.
Reconnect with ancient practices that help maintain healthy sexual organs and reduce menstrual cramps, fibroids, cysts, dryness, c-section scars etc etc. Most of all it's about embracing and loving yourself!
