From this awakened space, you will be guided by Ola into Wind Alchemy — an exploration of the element of breath, the unseen force that accompanies us from our first moment to our last. In ancient traditions, wind is the bridge between body and soul. Through shared wisdom and subtle practices, you will begin to feel its presence moving within you.
The journey gently closes with a crystal bowl immersion — a cocoon of pure vibration. The tones of the bowls move through your body like waves, softening the mind, opening the heart, and allowing everything to settle into harmony. Here, there is nothing to do… only to receive.
