What is YoMa?
YoMa stands for Yoga-Massage.
It is a unique blended sequence of Restorative Yin Yoga and Swedish Massage techniques that I have personally created and refined to propel you into deep relaxation.
I will lead you through the yoga sequence and as you hold your restful poses, I administer massage on a specific area of the body to compliment the asana you are in.
This YoMa session will end with a blissful sound journey to soothe you into deep relaxation and compliment your time in this beautiful Geodome in the middle of the forest at @gostaywilder.
