Services
In addition to Rosh Pina’s usual practices, on Yom Kippur, we will be employing “co-leading,” a model used by other partnership minyanim during the High Holidays in which a man and a woman take turns leading the portions of the services. During Maariv, a woman will lead some of the selichot poems, and during the day, women will lead piyyutim (liturgical poems) during the repetition of the Amidah. Our Yom Kippur services will be fully lay-led, meaning that several people will take turns serving as chazan/chazanit throughout the day.
Machzorim/Prayer Books
We will be providing Birnbaum Yom Kippur machzorim and announcing page numbers for those books. Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own machzor.
