By registering you acknowledge full COVID-19 vaccination. Masks and proof of vaccination are required by the EDCJCC. Bring your vaccination card, show on your phone. At the end of the registration process you will receive your ticket, which you may either print and bring with you, or show on your mobile device, to be admitted. Each person attending must register individually, as registration is attestation to attendance requirements. In addition, registrants must complete the online EDCJCC Liability Waiver at https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5efa4f456d9b5/web/ . Bet Mishpachah requests that guests make a donation for each service they attend to help defray the significant cost of providing these services. The suggested donation is a triple chai, or $54.00.
