URBAN CONTEMPORARY by Rudolf Doelasan:

The Urban Contemporary class will be all about research in different ways of movement, self expression, no judgement, flow, energy and spacial awareness inspired by Street- and Gaga dancers.

Streetdance started of as a social dance style. That means that people would gather at some place and "socialize" through their body language, grooves and dance techniques on their music.

The inspiration in Gaga is the connection from the inside and the information your body and mind are sharing. Freely experimenting with the tools you'll receive and without any judgement.

About the teacher:

Rudolf Doelasan, an all-around dancer, and teacher in Contemporary dance and diverse Hip Hop styles. Rudolf is graduated at the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten at the Jazz Musical Department. Through the years the Jazz Musical Dance changed into a Contemporary Dance program. Because of that Rudolf specializes more on your personal style in dance through different concepts in choreography, basics/techniques and improvisation.
