Let your little ones move, breathe, and play in this fun-filled yoga class designed just for toddlers and preschoolers! Through movement, music, stories, games, and imagination, children will explore yoga in a joyful and creative way that helps build body awareness, emotional regulation skills, and social connection.
This class nurtures early childhood development utilizing different themes each week and/or month while planting seeds of mindfulness, all in a supportive, safe and playful environment.
Perfect for ages 2 to 5, but please inquire for special exceptions (such as older or younger siblings)
Parent or caregivers are welcome to observe
Includes songs, yoga poses, fun breathing exercises & practical relaxation techniques
