Slacker Cycle: A Reverse Star Monolimb Flow
Intermediate
Fall in love with reverse star and reverse star mono limbs! Then flip them around in this flowy washing machine. During this workshop we will explore the concept of full expression, fluid movements and soft catches to transform a seemingly challenging move into a beautiful flow.
