Join us for a special collaboration between YogaSix Cary and Club Pilates Fenton for an energizing 90-minute fitness experience!
Kick off the evening with 45 minutes of Sculpt & Flow led by YogaSix instructor Karla. This dynamic class combines strength training, functional movement, and yoga-inspired flow to build strength, improve balance, and leave you feeling empowered.
Then transition into 45 minutes of Pilates with Club Pilates instructor Pat, focusing on core strength, stability, posture, and mindful movement to complement your workout and help you move with greater control and confidence.
Whether you're a regular at YogaSix, Club Pilates, or simply looking to try something new, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to experience the benefits of both formats in one fun, supportive event.
