For beginners, our 101 class is designed to introduce you to the basics of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment.

If you're craving a more dynamic and challenging workout, our Sculpt and Flow class will get your heart pumping and muscles burning as you flow through a series of poses with added weights for an extra challenge. Slow Flow is perfect for those looking to move mindfully and with intention, focusing on breath and alignment to create a sense of balance and peace. And for those seeking a more intense and powerful practice, our Power class will push you to your limits and leave you feeling strong, empowered, and invigorated.
