Ladies only. In this untraditional, all levels class, you will enjoy our fusion of yoga and pilates! We mix balance with isolation and repetitive exercises, barre, cardio, stretching and yoga flows. We offer variety each week. You won't tire of our flows and get a full body workout with a dose of relaxation and refreshment in a positive, encouraging community! Flow with us in our happy place!
