Join us for a Tuesday evening reset on the green space at Zephyr!

This all-levels vinyasa flow is designed to help you unwind after a long day. We’ll link breath to movement, build a little heat, and create space to both strengthen and soften. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or practice regularly, you’ll feel right at home.

*Please bring your own mat. (I’ll have a few extras just in case!)

*Option to bring a towel for your mat since we will be outside.

After class, we’ll head to Red’s Beer Garden for a post-yoga yap — a casual hang to connect with neighbors off the mat and ease into the rest of your week.
