We are thrilled to be hosting the Yoga4B 8th Annual Yogathon!Vinyasa Flow from 12:00pm - 1:00pm with Yoga4B founder Pam Leal

Hot Power Flow from 12:00pm - 1:00pm with Maxine Schwartz
AND
Restorative Yoga from 1:30pm - 2:30pm with Tresa Anderson
OR
Raja from 1:30pm - 2:30pm with Barbara Fretes
Participate in 1 Class for $30 or
2 Classes for $50
We will also be accepting donations on behalf of this incredible non-profit organization. As many of you know, Yoga4B's mission is to implement mindful therapeutic yoga programs in our community, especially in the school system.
