This retreat will be the perfect blend of movement, indulgence, and restoration & creation.
A total reset but in February! Creating memories with friends or new friends! A soul-nourishing Sunday retreat designed to help you shake off the January blues, set new intentions, and step into the new year feeling relaxed, nourished and more connected to yourself.
You’ll begin the day with a dynamic, twisty mandala flow, create heat in the body and then flow to restore where we cool the muscles down, allow those cracks and pops of the back to feel fully present in your body.
We will then enjoy a delicious brunch & matcha, coffee & sip tea and yap to friends or new friends.
After brunch we head into the creative part of the event painting pottery, Pottery painting @thepotterypantry is a fun and creative & mindful activity, Whether you’re an experienced artist or a beginner. Let your creativity shine and make something special to take home and enjoy your next matcha or cup of tea from.
Whether you are new to the mat or a fellow supporter of Yoga’na Flow events I cannot wait to celebrate with you all.
