🌙We will set intentions for the months ahead
🌙We will ground ourselves with some Yoga / breath-work and kundalini Kria ( movement)
🌙Move into a shake out with embodied movement.
🌙Flowing into a meditation using Singing Mantra
🌙Yoga Nidra ( deep rest) to allow all the nutrients of the practice to soak into each cell of the body
