Join us for a joyful morning of movement, mindfulness, and community connection in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this family-friendly practice welcomes all ages and skill levels!

And it's all FREE!

The event is taking place rain or shine, in an indoor, climate-controlled environment.

9:30 AM: Photo Ops / Mammo Van / Bloom Bar

9:40 AM - 10:00 AM: Core Work with Starr Hawkins

10:05 AM - 10:10 AM: Physician Session

10:15 AM - 11:05 AM: Yoga with Nicole Doyon

11:10 AM - 11:25 AM: Mindful Music Lab Meditation with Brittany Berger

11:25 AM: Exit Snack Station / Bloom Bar

• Yoga mat
• Athletic wear (shirt, shorts, sneakers, etc) PINK WEAR ENCOURAGED
• Good vibes and your best energy!

• Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
• Food and/or drinks of any kind (there will be food area outdoors)
• Noise makers, laser pointers, and any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate
• Bags not compliant with the Hard Rock Stadium Bag Policy
• Umbrellas, poles or brooms
• Pets (only service animals are allowed)
• Electronic devices except cell phones, iPods/MP3, and cameras (lenses exceeding 8" will not be allowed)
• Drones
• Weapons (firearms, knives, pocket knives, etc.)
• Any other item deemed unsafe or unnecessary by a Dolphins Training Camp staff member
• Strollers

All attendees must be pre-registered and sign applicable waivers prior to event day. Admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
