Join us for a joyful morning of movement, mindfulness, and community connection. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this family-friendly practice welcomes all ages and skill levels!

And it's all FREE!

The event is taking place rain or shine, in an indoor, climate-controlled environment.

• Yoga mat
• Athletic wear (shirt, shorts, sneakers, etc)
• Good vibes and your best energy!

• Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
• Food and/or drinks of any kind (there will be food area outdoors)
• Noise makers, laser pointers, and any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate
• Bags not compliant with the Hard Rock Stadium Bag Policy
• Umbrellas, poles or brooms
• Pets (only service animals are allowed)
• Electronic devices except cell phones, iPods/MP3, and cameras (lenses exceeding 8" will not be allowed)
• Drones
• Weapons (firearms, knives, pocket knives, etc.)
• Any other item deemed unsafe or unnecessary by a Dolphins Training Camp staff member
• Strollers
