This Monday morning Yoga class with Swami Atma Gyanam is the way to start the week free of tensions and with a clear mind. The class includes a 'Tuning In' meditation at the beginning to ensure the practice is mindful, then posture and breath suitable for the class participants and the season. We end with a kind of guided meditation.
Atma Gyanam has devoted his life to the practice and teaching of Yoga, has over 30 years experience, published two books, and trains Yoga Teachers. The atmosophere of the classes is fun, peaceful, and deeply inspiring.
