Kismet Yoga Studio will be running a session here at Eston Equitation Centre to improve your riding through Yoga. The session will focus on developing strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and stamina. It will include gentle poses and breathing techniques.
The Shetland Ponies will be in the arena to interact with during the session and aid relaxation. Ponies are sensitive to energy and can hear the human heartbeat. It is possible to sync the human heartbeat with a pony's. This means that we have lower heart rates and are calmer in their presence.
This event is non-ridden. It is suitable for riders and also non-riders who want to spend time relaxing around the ponies while exercising. No previous Yoga or riding experience required. The event will take place in our indoor arena. Open to existing and new customers. Minimum age 8 years. Photos can be taken with the ponies after Yoga. No spectators will be permitted. Places will be limited. Please send a message to book. Full payment required at the time of booking.
