We heard Santa is looking for a little more presence, peace and JOY this season! He is going to be making a stop at The Yoga Plant and would like to share yoga with your little! Ages 4-9 welcome! Saturday, Dec 14th @ 9:15-10 am (1st Session)
Saturday, Dec 14th @ 10:15-11am (2nd Session)
Cost: $10 per child
We will be starting with songs and a North Pole Adventure, only to be "interrupted" by the Jolly man in the red suit, looking to do yoga with the kids! We will play "Santa Says" (Simon says), and have the chance to teach Santa a few yoga poses learned earlier in the class. After Santa heads out to his busy work of spreading Christmas Cheer, we will finish up with age appropriate breathwork, interactive yoga and close with a few moments of relaxation.
