Join us on Saturday, April 1 from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. at Heritage Humane Society for an hour-long beginner-friendly yoga practice with Jessica Ruff Yoga. It will be a donation-based yoga class to benefit the homeless pets at the shelter.This is a gentle yoga class that will open all lines of the body in a fluid and accessible way. Accessible to yogis of all levels and beginner-friendly, modifications will be offered to meet the needs of all personal practices. Bring your mat and be ready to breath, move, have fun, and meet some adorable, adoptable dogs at the end!
The class will be held in the shelter's classroom. Carpooling is recommended if possible. Thank you!
