GENTLE FLOW YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Gentle Vinyasa Flow is a more leisurely paced class that allows for growth and variations as your personal practice progresses making the class accessible to most abilities and all stages of yoga experience. Expect to gain familiarity with, and learn basic principles of alignment in, common Yoga poses. Options for pose expression are offered and demonstrated in each class creating greater accessibility and allowing for a diversity of body shapes and abilities. Opportunities to explore mindfulness practices and meditation for stress reduction, along with Yogic philosophy are offered as an integral part of classes. No prior Yoga experience necessary. Appropriate for the Absolute Beginner to the Absolutely Legendary!
