Bring your well socialized dog and yoga mat for an enjoyable 30 minutes of deep breathing, stress release while bonding with your best friend!
Please wear comfortable clothes and your dog on a leash, and a yoga mat. Also we ask for only one dog per owner.
Lauren will be guiding the class. She is a dog lover at birth, Yoga practitioner for sanity and Grateful to guide Yoga.
