Yoga with Nico | Beginner Friendly Vinyasa Flow

Come flow with Nico Marie to great music (R&B, soul, hip-hop, & more (be mindful that some music is EXPLICIT)) in a Black owned art gallery, Urb Arts. We're starting 2023 off with a Vinyasa Flow class. This class is a flowy yoga class great for low-impact exercise & to strengthen breathing practice.

Yoga with Nico aims to be a safe space to find peace, & help alleviate the stresses of daily life while moving your body through a gentle, yet challenging yoga practice. Hope to see you there. Peace & love.
