Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Julie

This is a style of yoga that synchronizes movement of the body with the movement of the breath. The practice consists of yoga postures woven within dynamic and creative sequences that energize, relax and blance the body to restore prana. It is consdiered an emnodiement practice both on the mat and in the flow of life. Flow yoga is both a physical workout, as well as a "work in" for the mind and emotions.
