About this Event
Join us at Bean and Barley for a revitalizing and accessible vinyasa flow session! Enjoy an hour of mindful movement on our serene outdoor patio, designed to be welcoming for everyone. All levels are encouraged to join, with poses and transitions, including variations of Sun Salutation A. Please bring your mat, props, and an open mind.
The event will take place rain or shine, with an indoor option available if the weather is inclement. We look forward to seeing you there!
