Halldóra Hart began her journey with yoga in 2018 after receiving a month of free classes for being a disabled veteran. After moving to Pensacola, FL, shortly thereafter, she discovered her deep desire for all that is yoga! She studied her 200 & 300 YTT right at URU yoga and Beyond, making her a 500 hr YT.

Halldóra has found so much JOY guiding her students through her classes and sharing her LOVE for yoga with everyone who attends her classes and more. She has a passion for HOT POWER YOGA and is always looking for inventive ways to create new and challenging flows for each of her classes! Halldora is a strong believer in the yoga path and looks forward to meeting you on the mat.
