Yoga with Analisa

Come along with TCH fam as we give gratitude to our bodies through the art of yoga. Analisa Rockbridge will lead us through our practice in TCH’s studio space.

Dress comfortably and please bring your own yoga mat/supplies, if you have them. TCH has a limited number of mats for registrants. If you are coming straight from work, we have space for you to change your clothing.

This event is for ALL levels. We encourage everyone to go at their own pace.

🕰This event will start promptly at 9:30am, so please arrive on time. If you are no longer able to attend this event, please reach out to [email protected], so that we may open your spot to another community member.

💧BYOWB: Bring Your Own Water Bottle! Water will be provided for refills.

Donations are welcome but not mandatory! This is a FREE event for ALL ages.

A Message from Analisa

Yá'át'ééh shik'éí dóó shidine'é, shí éi Analisa Rockbridge yinishyé. It is good. Hello friends and family, I am Analisa Rockbridge. I am Diné and have been guiding my community in yoga for four years.

I received my education and 500 hour certification through YogaWorks in Santa Monica, CA. My personal yoga practice started in 2009 and helps me stay agile today.

My classes reflect everyday movement that allows the body to move in a productive and safe manner while growing inner strength that can be seen in the outward body. I welcome you to join me to pause, breathe and connect with the earth as we root down to rise up.
